One of our biggest takeaways from NDSC 2026? The importance of listening

Over the conference, our Down Syndrome Digital team connected with hundreds of families, self-advocates, educators, clinicians, researchers, and leaders from across the United States. Those conversations gave us several important takeaways: πŸ”— Relationships matter. Families value tools created with a real understanding of their everyday experiences. 🏠 Practical, home-based support is needed. Parents are looking for resources that help children continue learning and practicing skills beyond therapy or school. πŸ”¬ Scientific evidence builds trust. Innovation matters, but it becomes truly valuable when it's grounded in research and expert knowledge. 🀝 Conferences are about more than introducing a product. The relationships and conversations that begin here can lead to meaningful long-term collaboration. πŸ“ˆ Collaboration helps us increase impact. Working together with families, professionals, researchers, and organizations is one of the most powerful ways to bring useful resources to more children with Down syndrome. We came to Orlando to share 321 Playsy, but we're leaving with much more: new perspectives, new relationships, and ideas that will help guide the next phase of our work. Thank you to everyone who stopped by Booth #85 and shared your experience with us. We're excited to continue these conversations and collaborations beyond NDSC 2026.
